• Commit to helping your students work on CART regularly.
• Attention of students should be focused so that 90% of their CART time is spent learning.
• Reading Lab should be set up for effective learning and efficiently organized for teachers.
• Vary motivational strategies to keep students working hard at all times.
• Evaluate student progress on a regular basis and give students appropriate feedback and rewards.
• Report problems as they arise to your Carver System Director.
