Mary Louise Carver, Ed.S., CEO.  Mary Lou is a retired reading specialist from the Shawnee Mission, Kansas School District.  She has many years of experience helping children overcome reading challenges.

Melanie Carver, President and C.O.O.  Melanie has extensive experience in education, marketing, and management. She has worked for the University of Missouri – Kansas City, the University of Nevada – Las Vegas, Southwest Missouri State University, Central Missouri State University, and Fred Pryor Seminars. She also ran her own on-line bookstore, Holliday Books & Media for many years.

Laura Quintana, National Director  Laura received her education in Kansas – an Associate Degree in Business – Labette Community College, a Bachelor of Business Administration – Pittsburg State University.  Laura is responsible for all of the supplemental services, tutors, training, on line and home schooling.  She is also bilingual in Spanish.

Ann Scanlon, Office Manager  Ann has a background in Finance and is a graduate of the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO.  She is the contact for all of your customer service needs.

Ronald P. Carver, Ph.D., was professor emeritus in the School of Education at the University of Missouri at Kansas City.  He authored all of the products we sell.  He authored over 100 publications, most of which are research articles in the field of reading.  In 1990, he was awarded the Oscar Causey Award for outstanding contributions to research by the National Reading Conference.  In 1994, he founded the Society for the Scientific Study of Reading. He passed away on January 19, 2004.  His family continues his lifelong work and his legacy.
